丹尼·博伊尔将拍摄以英国“性手枪”乐队吉他手史蒂夫·琼斯为主题的六集限定剧《手枪》(Pistol，暂译)，卡司非常诱人：托比·华莱士([乳牙])饰演年轻时代的琼斯，路易斯·帕特里奇([福尔摩斯小姐])饰演贝斯手席德维瑟斯，艾玛·阿普尔顿饰演饰演席德的女友南希。雅各布·斯拉特饰演鼓手保罗·库克，法比安·弗兰克尔([毒蛇])饰演贝斯吉他手格伦·马特洛克、迪兰·卢埃林(《德里女孩》)饰演性手枪乐队前身河滨乐队的组建成员之一沃利·南丁格尔，麦茜·威廉姆斯(《权力的游戏》)饰演朋克偶像乔丹，安森·布恩([宽恕])饰演音乐人约翰·莱顿、西尼·钱德勒([亲爱的别担心])饰演摇滚乐手克里希·海德。该剧根据琼斯的回忆录《孤独男孩：性手枪的故事》改编，博伊尔还将担任制作人。
